Located within two walking blocks of the Halethorpe MARC Train (Penn Line) with easy access to Baltimore or the Washington, D.C. Metro. Also near the Route 77 bus line. Close to UMBC with shuttle bus runs to UMAB. Easy access to I-95 and I-695. Rent one room and share the rest of the house. Bedroom furniture negotiable. Updated appliances. Tons of storage space. Does not include utilities. Parking is free. Yard service is included. Free cleaning service. House is equipped with Comcast Internet and TV. Many recreational facilities nearby, such as Patapsco State Park, with great hiking, biking and fishing. Or join the UMBC Recreation Center (monthly memberships available) where you can lift weights or swim in an outdoor, heated, Olympic-size, swimming pool.
