The room is the master suite of my house and includes a private bedroom and bathroom. It is located on the first floor of my house. The other bedrooms are located upstairs, so there is good amount of privacy.
I am a pretty easy going person and tend to be more of a homebody. I hate drama and do not want a roommate who is constantly caught up in it. On the positive side, I am looking for a roommate who is is first and foremost responsible. I want someone who pays rent on time, respects my property, and is a courteous.
