Hi, looking to move to Asheville in late Sept/early Oct to be closer to the rivers. I'm a 27 yr. professional riverboarder and aspiring musician. Non-smoker except for an occasional cigar outside or out on the town, drink in moderation, and drug free. I'm more at home with drinks over a meal and great fellowship than big, loud parties. I'm really into exercise and outdoors as well. My ideal sublet would be in an old house with multiple roommates and room for a small veggie garden, but I'll take whatever provided the price, room, and people are cool.
