I am 44, and I'm looking to rent a room for approximately three months. I am moving to Asheville from the coast, and prefer to do a short term situation before deciding were I want to live. I work in restaurants so I'm never there in the evening, and when I am there, I like a very stress free environment. I have a dog, and I'm willing to pay a little extra for him if necessary. He's a 60pd, husky mix, very well behaved and sweet. His name is Zak, and I keep him shaved in the summer. I don't cook, so I'm never in the way in the kitchen, and I am very considerate of other.
