I am a writer and a painter and a Yoga and fittness instructor and live with two border collie dogs and a cat. I am looking for a single mature woman or man who enjoys quiet living in nature to share my house with. My house is a large, beautiful, three story, stone farm house in Pennsylvania Dutch country, off of I-78 and I-309, ten minutes from Allen town or Bethlehem and 1-1/2 hrs. from NY or Philladelphia. I am renting the entire third floor consisting of a bed room, living room, and a bathroom. I have the second floor to myself and there is a door at the bottom of the stairs leading to the third floor. We would share the first floor which consists of a living room with a fire place, eat-in kitchen, dining room, laundry room and the garden. The house is fully, tastefuly and sparsly furnished with room for personal items. Rommate can furnish her own. No pets other than my own and no smoking please.
