Preferred room and roommate description
I am a single female parent age 44 with a son 19 who
attends CSUCI. We have a quiet household, except for
the barking of the dogs.. :) I work varied hours and my
son is in his 2nd yr of college.
Looking for someone who is friendly, likes dogs, is trustworthy,
responsible and respectable. A nonsmoker and a nondrinker.
The monthly rent includes utilities..
The room for rent currently has a futon in it with one night stand &
one dresser with a mirror.. These may be used if desired or I can
move them out of the room. The room was my daughters before
she moved to La Jolla (UCSD student). She had a single bed in
the room, a full is the biggest I think that would fit in the room.
